WaTutor app for iPhone and iPad

WaTutor provides an integrated app for users of all ages and interests to learn from experts, get help with problems, or join a variety of classes over video chat. Students can get tutored in school subjects and prepare for tests but can also get personalized help with languages and instruments or find a cooking or yoga instructor. The possibilities are endless.

Live sessions are available via mobile phone, tablet, or web browser and include screen sharing, chat, and many more features. Users are notified of upcoming sessions and learners have the option of adding instructors as favorites so they can book them again in the future.

WaTutor is also available for institutions looking to manage online or hybrid schools, studios, or tutoring/training centers. To learn more go to watutor.com.

Learn

Learners can book sessions with qualified tutors and other experts, create group sessions with friends or classmates, and sign up for a variety of classes. Set up your profile and add the subject areas you are interested in and you are ready to learn from the experts.

You can book sessions through the search bar on top of the home page. After searching for a subject area, you can see times with instructors available for one-on-one sessions. This eliminates the need for users to spend a lot of time trying to find an instructor that meets their budget and time availability.

Users can also connect with friends on the app and take group sessions with an instructor or create free study sessions.

Teach

Instructors can make themselves available for booking or invite existing customers to private classes. Set up your profile and add your areas of expertise to start teaching and earning money from the comfort of your own home.

To add availability, go to the calendar on the app and set times when you are willing to get booked for one-on-one sessions. When a learner searches for a subject that you have indicated you are an expert in, we will show them when you are available and you may be booked for a session.

You can also add your existing customers through phone contacts or email lists, divide them into as many different groups as you would like, and schedule classes and invite one or more groups. You can choose the length and price of each class and track your customers as they accept the invitation so you know exactly what to expect.

To help both Learners and Instructors, WaTutor sets a fixed fee for all subjects within a subject area.
